This package for extending IBM Sterling B2B Integrator will allow both the IT Department and the business community. Not only will it provide increased management of mailbox messages, but will increase visibility to documents that flow through the integration layer. The workbench and notification components will allow support to be focused on what needs to be addressed while the reporting and analytics components will provide meaning metrics to management on exactly how much traffic (and at what value) is flowing through this business critical system. The Trading Partner Relationship Management will not only make onboarding new trading partners simple, but will also help monitor service level agreements and take the appropriate action if the SLA is not met.
