That data is analytically broken down into clear metrics to show the person areas of weakness, strengths and growth. The user can opt to share that data with their church (if it’s participating in the program). The church leaders will have access to these metrics via Discover U Leader dashboard. Using this data church leaders will be able to adjust their sermons, ministries and church programs according to the needs of their members. Church leaders can build connections with their members by guiding and ministering directly to members.
