iWaiter is a restaurant mobile app solution designed to enhance the customer dining experience through real time communication with wait staff, table checkout & wait staff accountability. In the restaurant industry, service from wait staff generally lacks consistency. iWaiter will standardize the customer service each restaurant offers to their clientele. It will raise the bar & keep it there by allowing customers to communicate in real time to their server. We are currently working on a payout feature that provides customers a secure way to pay their checks when they are ready…not when the waiter is ready. iWaiter also allows restaurant owners & managers to track their waiter’s performance & response time to client’s needs. This can be used as a training tool, a log of reasons to let someone go & a calculation tool to track how many waiters are needed. It can increase table turn during peak hours through waiter efficiency & accuracy. This translates to more revenue for the restaurant.
