Provide whole sale backend services that allow lawyers and accountants to allow them to out source this work to us v. handle it in-house such as Company formation, Registered Agent, Mail forwarding and Compliance.  Provide private labeled tools to allow the accountant and lawyer to be front and center, and we are the backend providers. Registered Agent Services - Provide a small business owner with a dashboard view of their alerts and all state requirements.   App that will push notifications to the SMB and clients of the professional users to simply verify and submit and order for us to file their annual report.
