RemixRotation is a unified interface to YouTube and SoundCloud. We are able to treat YouTube and SoundCloud as one source of music, and distinguish full and partial length media, in order to produce weekly popularity charts across both sources and 22 music genres. Moreover, we have developed the ability to automatically generate purchasing links for all YouTube and SoundCloud media, to multiple music sales websites such as Amazon, iTunes, Beatport etc. Our target audience are dance and electronic music fans, labels, producers etc. - our interface is optimized for such music genres, and our navigation uses a unique approach with a meta data catalog "above" the YouTube and SoundCloud searches, so that our users can browse the aggregate media as if they were using iTunes instead - unlike YouTube and SoundCloud, our artist names and label names are clickable.
