Skyven Technologies is pioneering a solar cogeneration system for commercial rooftops that integrates proven photovoltaic (PV) and heat exchanger technologies with proprietary optics to achieve twice the energy density of traditional solar, all in a flat panel rooftop system. Using the Skyven Cogen System (SCS), we can achieve twice the energy density versus traditional solar and minimize “soft costs" and helps achieve lower BOS. This will allows for a drastically lower levelized cost of energy for commercial and industrial buildings. Our patent pending rooftop solar technology integrates three proven solar technologies into a single system. As such, one SCS system produces the same amount of energy as two similarly sized PV panels plus one traditional solar water heating (SWH) panel. Having one third fewer panels to purchase, transport and install leads to cost savings which are passed through to our customers. Overall, SWH costs are reduced by 50% and PV costs reduced by 15%.
