TangoTab

TangoTab is a restaurant yield management solution that provides restaurant owners with better targeting and control to fill empty tables when they need it most, risk free and in real time. Unlike Daily Deal sites, restaurants control when and how many promotional items are offered and pay a small fee only when offers are redeemed. For consumers, TangoTab is a location-based, geo-targeted mobile application that identifies local restaurant deals without the need to pre-purchase vouchers. In addition to solving a large business problem for restaurants, TangoTab is also tackling an equally large social issue, by building awareness for the fight against hunger. For every meal consumed, TangoTab donates a meal to a local food bank. Since its launch, in 2012 TangoTab has donated over 230,000 meals. While TangoTab is currently focused on the restaurant industry, the technology platform we have built is applicable to many more where assets are periodically underutilized.
