Terra App Technologies Inc. is an on demand logistics company. Terra is a real estate marketplace app that connects property owners/ property managers with contractors in real time. Terra eliminates the antiquated request and delivery process of property upkeep and scheduled maintenance. Terra targets mom and pop property owners, landlords, restaurants, millennial property owners and AirBnb hosts. Our goal is to capture 0.5% of the $74B U.S. lawn service market. Terra focuses specifically on the lawn service vertical currently and would add full property management service at scale. Terra manages the entire interaction between producer and consumer and takes a commission for each completed transaction.
