ThumbWrench is an online preventative maintenance application that includes a pre-loaded database that can be customized to meet the customer's business profile. Our primary customers are institutions that have numerous types and amounts of industrial equipment that requires scheduled maintenance in order to maintain efficient operation. Institutions include but not limited to: healthcare facilities, manufacturing, property management, etc. Our secondary customers are specialty trade contractors in the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Roofing fields. ThumbWrench would enable theses contractors to create customized preventative maintenance programs for their clients and increase the contractors revenue stream.
